She will make a point of how she simply enjoyed conversing with you, at which time, you could suggest that you should talk again or some more and ask for her mobile number.

If you are very observant you can find out very quickly if a female is flirting with you or if she is just being polite. Now if she is serious about you, and you show confidence enough to not ask if she is seeing someone, you will often score a few points with her.
